For personalized orders, returns are not allowed, since they are unique to the Club/Company and, therefore, non-transferable. In the event that there are errors in the production or final product, ROGERBRIZ® assumes the total cost of repairing or manufacturing defective products.

For orders through our online store, it is possible to make returns in two simple steps with conditions:
1 - Send us an email with your order number (eg: #1873) and what item you want to return. You can reply to any order confirmation email.
2 - Send us back the garment you want to return to our address (Shipping costs by the customer).
As soon as we receive the garment and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the total amount of said garment.
We accept returns on orders placed within 30 calendar days of placing the order.
The product must remain unused and with the original labels and packaging. All products with chamois, socks and masks are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons, unless they have not been removed from the original packaging.

You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
It may take some time for the return processing to take effect. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rogerbriz.com
