What sizes are available?

Child : 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 years
Adult : 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL

Who is in charge of the design?

As you prefer . If you have an idea we will help you implement it and otherwise our design team will take care of it while you participate in the process.
In either case, the goal is to distill the desired design. There are no limits here!

What is the minimum order?

10 units per type of garment for new orders, and 5 units for future replacements. The sum is made by combining the different sizes of men and women.
For example, if you are interested in a custom winter kit project, there would be a minimum of 10 thermal jackets or 5 jerseys (Size M) + 5 jerseys (Size L).

Is it possible to try on the sizes before placing the order?

Yes. In addition to the size tables, we can also provide a size scale of the garments to order to be sure.
Typically 2-3 weeks loan and conditions apply.

How long does it take to make orders?

Between 3 and 9 weeks. It depends on where your Club/Company is located and the volume of the order.
For orders < 50 sets ~4 weeks.
For orders of 50-100 sets ~5 weeks.
For orders of 100-300 sets ~7 weeks.

Do I have to pay in advance?

For orders within the EEC it is necessary to pay 50% in advance. And 100% for the rest.
The pending part is paid once the order has been manufactured, but before the merchandise leaves our factory.

Can I return the custom order?

No. Personalized orders are unique to the Club/Company and therefore, non-transferable.
Due to this, we cannot accept returns, unless there are errors in production, in which case the defective garments will be manufactured again at no additional cost to the customer.

How does the process work?

It consists of 4 stages:

2 - Comprehensive advice from our design team that will create a personalized design for your Club.
3 - As soon as you approve the design, we start production .
4 - In a few weeks you will receive your kits and you will simply have to enjoy .
